Dredge and Fill - A permit is required before any work is done. Dredging may also affect the Federal Fisheries Act.
Fish and Wildlife - The MNR administers the Federal Fisheries Act.
Forests - Contact the Extension forester for any questions on forest management, forest pests, seedlings, etc.
Illegal Occupancy of Crown Lands - Contact the Lands Branch. Be able to identify the exact location of the illegal occupancy.
Shoreline Alterations - This includes docks, boathouses, breakwaters, etc., and may require a license of occupation.
Wetlands Concerns - Concerns over any alteration to wetlands that will affect fish habitat.
